Daniel Silverberg
Founder, President
Daniel founded Galaxy Search Partners in 2018. He graduated from New York City’s St. John’s University in 2007 with a Masters of Science in Accounting, and immediately began working with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. After three years with PwC as a Public Accountant within Financial Services, Dan moved on to Tishman Speyer as a Real Estate Accountant, effectively managing the books for some of NYC’s most iconic buildings. Looking for a change, Dan joined one of the largest recruiting agencies in 2012, and began his career in the staffing/recruiting industry as a Senior Manager. After a few years, he joined a boutique executive search firm as a Vice President, before he decided to pack it up and take his talents to Denver, Colorado.
Outside work, Daniel enjoys golf, football, live music, and spending time with his wife Samantha and their dog Quinley in the Colorado Rockies.

Caitlin Kinnett
Vice President of Recruiting and Operations
Caitlin graduated from Colorado State University in 2013 with a BS in Zoology/Animal Biology, and immediately moved to Florida to become a Scuba Instructor. Being native to Colorado, she returned to Denver and continued as a Scuba Instructor, Dive Guide, and “Mermaid Wrangler” at the Denver Downtown Aquarium in 2014. In 2019, Caitlin became the Volunteer Coordinator of the Deep Blue Sea Foundation at the Denver Downtown Aquarium, where she supervised over 250 volunteers, including Scuba Divers, Animal Care Assistants, Aquarist Assistants, Pathway Education Guides, and Interns. It is with this position that Caitlin found her true passion for the recruitment and development of individuals, and became the Operations and Research Specialist here at Galaxy Search Partners in 2021.
Outside the office, Caitlin enjoys hiking, camping, backpacking, climbing, scuba diving, and spending time with her husband and pup Zinnia.

Isabella Wise
Manager of Recruiting Operations and Research
Isabella graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2023 with a BA in Astrophysics, where she developed a strong foundation in analytical research, data interpretation, and problem-solving. During her time at CU, she served in multiple roles within the Learning Assistant program and conducted research at the Laboratory of Atmospheric and Space Physics. Her work culminated in a published paper detailing a model for predicting lunar crater ages and analyzing lunar ejecta stratigraphy. Her experience in research and development of individuals led her to join Galaxy Search Partners.
When not at work, Isabella enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling, dancing, or spending time with friends and family.

Quinley
Bone Collector
Quinley serves as our Bone Collector, guardian of the treat drawer, and Barketing Manager. He sniffs out overdue invoices with paw-sitive determination, digs through paperwork with ulti-mutt precision, and makes sure nothing slips through the paws. When a bill goes missing, he raises the woof until it’s safely added to his prized bone stash. His methods may be a little ruff, but the results are totally paw-some.

Zinnia
Manager of Paw-ductivity
Zinnia is our Manager of Paw-ductivity, keeping the office zen and reminding everyone that a well-timed snooze is key to peak performance. She ulti-muttely ensures every sunbeam and soft spot is claimed. When she isn’t catching Z’s, she quietly supervises the paw-ffice, proving that even the fur-iest slacker can have a fur-tastic impact.

Maya Papaya
In Loving Memory
Maya loved coming to work every day, making the long trek in her wagon. She was the life of the pawty and taught us to live every day to the fullest. Maya left us with the ulti-mutt mindset of “work hard, but play harder”.
