Interviewing Candidates

Galaxy Search Partners meets with every candidate before we start representing them to our clients. We conduct a detailed interview reviewing the candidate’s qualifications and providing the best advice for their next career move.

Arranging Interviews

Galaxy will play a very integrated role throughout the entire interview process.  We will arrange and schedule all interviews with both candidates and clients from the beginning to the very ending.

Prepping Candidates and Debriefing with Clients

Galaxy provides in-depth interview preparation to their candidates preparing them for every interview. We also provide our candidates with the best career advice and can help you plan for long-term career goals.

For our clients, Galaxy will debrief after each interview providing detailed feedback and collaborate on next steps in the process.

Negotiating Salary and Benefits

We all know that this is sometimes the most awkward part of finding a new position.  Therefore, when working with Galaxy, we will handle all the salary and benefit negotiations.  We will make sure that all our candidates and clients are comfortable with what is being offered.  We are here to help!

Placement of Candidate with Client

The final piece of the process is placing the new employee with one of our clients.  We will make sure that start dates are mutually established.

Even after our candidates are placed, we will continue to stay in touch. Here at Galaxy, we are in the business of building long term relationships.
