Galaxy Search Partners is an executive search firm founded in 2018 by Daniel Silverberg.

Dan graduated from New York City’s St. John’s University in 2007 with a Masters of Science in Accounting, and immediately began working with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. After three years with PwC as a Public Accountant within Financial Services, Dan moved on to Tishman Speyer as a Real Estate Accountant, effectively managing the books for some of NYC’s most iconic buildings. Looking for a change, Dan joined one of the largest recruiting agencies in 2012, and began his career in the staffing/recruiting industry as a Senior Manager. After a few years, he joined a boutique executive search firm as a Vice President, before he decided to pack it up and take his talents to Denver, Colorado. He began Galaxy Search Partners in 2018 and focuses on Accounting, Tax, and Finance roles.

When he’s not hard at work, Dan can be found on the golf course, watching football, catching a live music show, or hanging out with his dog Quinley and wife Samantha in the idyllic Colorado Rockies.

Jess graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2015 with a BA in English Language & Literature and immediately moved to Savannah, Georgia, where she began her career in hospitality management. Her next move to the Berkshires in 2017 landed her at Prairie Whale where she helped continue to grow the restaurant’s reputation as one of the most highly revered in the region. Her most recent move to Denver brought with it more new opportunities, including General Management and Director of Operations positions that enabled her to lead full cycle hiring processes for all new employees. This began to flame her interest in recruiting, which led her to join the Galaxy Search Partners team in 2022.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Jess on the dance floor of a live music show, testing out new cocktail recipes on her friends, annoying her two cats, Sly and Bird, or adventuring around the country with her partner, Sully.
